General
All descriptions and illustrations contained in this website are only intended to give a general idea of the products, specifications and colours may vary slightly.
The contents of this website including designs, logos, all images and text are the property and copyright of Ivory Flower Designs. The copying, modification, distribution, reproduction of any materials on the website in any form is prohibited unless agreed by Ivory Flower Designs in writing.
We reserve all rights to promote any photos taken by ourselves and or our photographer of your flowers. We are entitled to use all photographs in anyway necessary either on our website or social media and to also promote discounts and competitions.
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
Orders
When making a purchase please ensure that all shipping information is correctly completed and that a working telephone number and email address is provided to avoid any delays.
Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email from us. We recommend you go over your order to check everything is correct. Please contact us straight away if you need to amend anything on your order confirmation.
When you place an order for an item, your credit/debit card will be charged for the full value of the goods (ETSY only)
Any orders placed via direct contact will be charged as stated with a non refundable deposit as follows:
Bouquet/Memorial Flowers £50 deposit
Wedding/Hire Items (Large) £100 deposit
Small Hire Items 20% of Total Fee Payable
If for any reason, due to unforeseen circumstances we are unable to fulfil any part of your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and aim to refund your purchase within 7 days of doing so.
All payments via direct contact must be paid in full no later than 1 week prior to the event date.
A fuel charge will be added to all deliveries and set ups directly by us at a price of 40p per mile outside a 5 mile radius from our workshop.
Pricing
All prices are in UK sterling. We reserve the right to change products and prices on the website and ETSY when necessary without notice. However, any order accepted and ready for dispatch will be honoured at the original agreed price.
Payment Policy
Payment can be made by PayPal, Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Delta, Cash and Maestro Debit cards.
Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon dispatch of your order. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorised by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it.
All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to Ivory Flower Designs, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Damages
All items for hire are released in the clients own care. If any of our products are damaged we have the right to charge the full fee or a set price to replace or fix the item in question.
Bespoke items:
All damages made to any of our bespoke hire items are at subject to a purchase of the flowers as these will not be reused as they were custom made for the event and to also cover costs of other hire items such as our arch or stocks if damaged.
If any of our bespoke items are damage we do hold the client liable for payment of the product and cost of replacement.
Other Hire Items:
All of our hire items are used for multiple events so in the event of any damages we will need to source a new item or cover the cost of quick repairs.
In the event of damages we will charge a fee dependant on item to cover the cost of repair or replacement.
On all of our hire items, a damage deposit will be taken before the event and will be refunded back to you within one week of the event if items were collected in the same condition as delivered. We will inspect every item on collection and make judgement on whether they have been damaged or not.
Faulty Goods
In the unfortunate event that the goods are received damaged, you should notify us immediately by email at ivoryflowerdesigns@gmail.com or use our contact page. If it is faulty, a full refund will be made along with the cost of returning it to us.
We cannot take responsibility for returned items received in a damaged condition without prior notice.
Returns Policy
We do want you to be entirely happy with your purchases and all items are inspected prior to dispatch. If for any reason you wish to return the product we ask you to ensure you send the product back and to email: ivoryflowerdesigns@gmail.com if you have any queries.
Please note you are responsible for the return shipping and we highly advise you to obtain a proof of posting in the form of a tracking number, as Ivory Flower Designs is not responsible for any returns or exchanges that fail to reach us.
